Orders
Can I change / update my order?
If your order has not yet been fulfilled, please reach out to us at hello@amydraws.art, providing your order number and the necessary details regarding the requested change.
However, please be aware that once your order has been fulfilled, it cannot be updated or modified.
Can I change my address?
If your order has not yet been shipped, I can certainly accommodate an address change. Please send an email to me with your order number and the updated address.
Kindly be aware that if the new address is in a different country, there might be additional shipping charges that apply.
How can I track my order?
Already have an account?
First, log into your AmyDraws account at any time and select "My Orders" to review your order status. Once your order is packaged and ready to ship, you’ll receive notification via email. If you have purchased tracked shipping, your tracking number will be emailed to you once order has been shipped.
Don't have an account?
Not a problem! You can use the same email address that you placed your order with to create an account and it will appear under "My Orders". If you have purchased tracked shipping, your tracking number will be emailed to you once order has been shipped.
Can I cancel my order?
You have the option to cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. However, once the order has been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible

Where do you ship?
The goods are being shipped from Cyprus, which is the European Union and I currently ship to:
- Asia: China, Hong Kong, Singapore, India, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Malaysia
- Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Montenegro, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden
- North America: Canada, USA
- South America: Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, Venezuela

How much is the shipping?
These are current fees by Cyprus Post. Please note that these prices are informative and the full price will be displayed at checkout.
- International Shipping Standard- 6€ (up to 0.5kg or 1.1lbs)
- International Shipping Standard - 10 € (up to 1kg or 2.2lbs)
- European Union Shipping Standard - 4 € (up to 0.1kg or 0.22lbs)
- European Union Shipping Standard - 5 € (up to 0.5kg or 1.1lbs)
- European Union Shipping Standard - 6 € (up to 1kg or 2.2lbs)
The shipping rate includes packing, sorting and fees issued by the post office.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
While I do my best to ship them as soon as possible, please understand that as a one-person operation, there may be instances where it takes the full 5-7 working days to ship your order.
In case of a pre-order the waiting time for your order to be delivered can be several weeks as the time includes the manufacturing, sorting, packing and shipping process.
I genuinely appreciate your patience and understanding during these times. Thank you for your support!
Duties & Taxes
All products are sold for prices, which are exclusive of all taxes and duties.
International orders outside of European Union are shipped as DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) therefore as the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
The general amount for duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the euro amount of the merchandise. For more information, please contact your local customs office for specific amounts and percentages. Keep in mind that we are not responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance and we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please note on rare occasions customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.
Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods: The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods.
The customs value is made up of:
- the price paid for the goods
- the insurance cost
- the shipping cost
Foreign Transaction Fees
I do not charge additional fees other than the total amount owed for the order. Other fees applied by your bank are not under the control of AmyDraws. This store is based out of Slovakia and our ‘home’ currency of Euro will show up on the final receipt.
International taxes might be applied depending on your country's taxes policy.

Where can I sign up for rewards to earn points?
You can earn Star points on your next order as soon as you sign up! Click here or the Earn Rewards icon to the bottom left of the website to log in or sign up to start earning now!
What can I do with my points?
Once you´ve earned enough points you can redeem them for order discount.
- 4000 Star Points = €15 discount
- 2500 Star Points = €10 discount
- 1500 Star Points = €5 discount
